Join our team in Siemens Digital Industries Software as an Associate Manager Accounting Integration and play a pivotal role in the integration of newly acquired businesses into the Siemens world by implementing our global accounting standards and processes and delivering valuable insights to our management team.

This position is part of the Accounting Integration team and reports to the Senior Director of Accounting Integration. We are a dynamic and collaborative accounting organization of 250+ colleagues that thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.

• Use accounting and finance expertise to manage the global integration of newly acquired businesses, including full consolidation, purchase price allocation, and policy alignment.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all accounting topics in the integration project and work with a dynamic multi-disciplinary team including finance, reporting, tax, transfer pricing, legal entity reporting, legal, and other functions.
• Partner with accounting hubs or central teams to hand over tasks and provide transparency on the project after the integration activities conclude.
• Support the deployment of the SAP ERP system and other finance and reporting tools in the acquired entities with a focus on technology and change management.
• Oversee overall project success by focusing on the big picture while also addressing day-to-day accounting and closing activities.

• Minimum 5 years of progressive work experience in a similar role, preferably a mix of tech companies and public accounting.
• Strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, business judgment, and attention to detail.
• Project management expertise with self-determination and strategic judgment.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets, translate insights into action, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across cultures and geographies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in a multi-cultural environment.
• Advanced experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP and/or Netsuite.
• Willingness to collaborate with finance and business teams in the office 2-3 days per week.
