Accounts Payable Specialist

KWA
58 1 Electric Ave.
Position Type:
Hourly contract (W2 only). Hybrid scheduling. Work hours 8am-5pm, 1 hour lunch.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist in the oversight and management of efficient and accurate processing of all accounts payable transactions within the organization.
- Produce performance and variance analysis for accounts payable activities.
- Support month-end close and accurate reporting for the accounts payable function.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounts payable or related financial operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
