Responsible for the processing and payment of invoices using computer software. Collaboratively works with all departments and vendors to ensure proper payment and response to inquiries. Works with Divisional Accounting Manager to generate, analyze, and reconcile reports for branch locations as needed on Payables, Receivables and backup for other accounting functions as necessary.

• Review, post, and process all approved vendor invoices, check requests, and expense reports for payment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Review and reconcile statements and reports to maintain accurate accounts payable and account receivable schedule.
• Answer Vendor and Customer inquiries as needed.
• Back up all other accounting functions as necessary.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and memos, standard math skills, and ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentages.
• Good Computer skills a must i.e. Outlook, Microsoft Office, Manufacturing software, spreadsheets.
• In office work but flexible for remote work 1 day weekly. TBD
