Rubiano & Co., CPAs, is seeking full-time accountants for our office in Greenville, RI and/or Southeast Massachusetts
Who is Rubiano & Company and when did the firm begin?Rubiano & Company, CPAs, is a medium-sized CPA firm, which was formed in 1987. The firm consists of 33 employees including professional and administrative staff. The professional staff includes eleven CPAs, all of which have “Big 4” and/or medium-sized CPA firm experience. The team includes a related company operating in Southeast Massachusetts.
The firm, which started with one CPA, has grown organically, and through acquisition. The firm’s goal is to continue growth by the same means. To assist in this growth, the firm seeks qualified seasoned professionals with medium or large CPA firm experience. The firm is committed to maintaining an environment with a strong work-life balance for all staff.
Qualifications:- 5 - 10 years of experience with a medium- or large public accounting firm.
- Strong background with review and compiled financial statement engagements.
- Entity, personal, trust, and non-profit tax returns, including multi-state returns.
- Experience with Thomson Reuters suite of programs, electronic work papers, and Quick Books a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Adobe experience required.
- Salary would be commensurate with experience level and comparable to medium-sized firms in the Rhode Island area and southeastern Massachusetts area.
- Assistance with student loans or signing bonus for qualified staff.
- Assistance with study materials for CPA exam or advanced degrees.
