Payroll and Senior Accountant

As a key player on our accounting team, you will be responsible for various accounting, reporting, and audit-related activities. You'll lead the execution of monthly close processes, manage balance sheet reviews, and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. Your role will also involve building strong relationships with business partners and collaborating with internal and external auditors.

• Execute monthly close and Group reporting
• Lead balance sheet reviews and reconciliations
• Ensure proper accounting for transactions under IFRS and US GAAP
• Manage intercompany transactions
• Work with auditors for successful audit completion
• Maintain a strong internal control environment
• Participate in strategic business initiatives and system implementations
• Lead monthly close activities and review journal entries
• Analyze project spending and variances
• Manage financial systems and reporting tools
• Communicate effectively with management and team members

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• 8 years of experience in accounting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Professional interaction with coworkers, management, and customers
• Team-oriented with strong business relationship skills

• CPA or MBA
• Public accounting experience
• Experience with SAP FI/CO, Hyperion HFM, and Essbase
