• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements; conduct reconciliations, analyze variances, and prepare reports that provide insights into financial performance; collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the month-end closing process for timely completion and compliance with accounting principles; identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy; mentor junior staff and contribute to a high-performance culture.
