Assistant Controller – Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 + Excellent Benefits

- Oversee the monthly close process for multiple entities totaling approximately $350M in revenue
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior and staff accountants
- Maintain and oversee internal controls and annual controls assessments for U.S. and Canadian operations
- Partner closely with operations, pricing, and finance leadership to drive process improvements and strategic initiatives
- Approve treasury activities, including weekly disbursements and wire releases
- Serve as a key contact for internal and external audits
- Support ERP implementation and finance process optimization efforts
- Assist with additional accounting and operational projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- CPA strongly preferred
- 5-7 years of public accounting experience with manufacturing or product-based clients at the Manager level preferred
- 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience within manufacturing, distribution, or another product-based environment
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience managing accounting staff
- Strong systems and ERP experience preferred
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
