We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Property Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of a commercial real estate portfolio of 3 Class A Office buildings (370,000 square feet) + an adjacent HOA in South Bay. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, accounts receivable and payable management, lease and billing compliance, budgeting support, audit preparation, and year-end reconciliation activities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting experience in commercial real estate and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.

* Responsibilities Include:

*** Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
* Track and prepare tenant billbacks
* Manage annual CAM reconciliations alongside the Assistant General Manager
* Prepare tenant termination forms
* Assist with cash management procedures
* Assist with preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
* Prepare monthly accruals
* Analyze and execute leases, including abstracting key financial terms and ensuring proper accounting administration
* Prepare and distribute monthly rent statements
* W-9 management
* Administrative duties as needed

* Required qualifications:

*** 3-5 years of property accounting experience preferred
* Strong knowledge of GAAP and RE accounting principles
* Yardi proficient
* Strong Excel skills
* Experience with lease administration preferred
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and proficient time management
