Audit Manager - Financial Services

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships and maintain positive relationships.
• Lead multiple audit teams and provide performance feedback at engagement completion.
• Anticipate and resolve client concerns and problems as they arise.
• Promote new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients.
• Continuously learn the latest developments, firm standards, and policies.
• Stay current on industry developments and their effects on client competitiveness.

• 5+ years of recent external audit experience in public accounting.
• Experience auditing Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Insurance, or Fintech clients.
• Strong organization, communication, technical, time‑management, and accounting skills.
• Ability to multi‑task across planning, execution, and wrap‑up of multiple engagements.
• Experience supervising engagement team members and instructing them on assigned tasks.
• Licensed CPA in the relevant home office state or ability to obtain a reciprocal license.
• Willingness to work additional hours as needed and travel to client sites.
