Health Affiliates Maine is onboarding an Accounting Assistant to join our team in a full-time, hourly, non-exempt capacity. You will enter ACH payments in Quick Books, assist with provider payments, process deposits, and support accounts payable.
Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint is required. You should communicate clearly with staff and vendors, stay organized, and handle multiple tasks with accuracy and deadlines in a busy healthcare office.
