Protect Democracy is seeking a Payroll Specialist to ensure our team is supported, compliant and paid on time from a remote base in the United States.
You will own semi-monthly payroll and 401(k) processing across two entities, coordinate with the Accounting and Benefits teams, and ensure adherence to federal and state requirements while meeting deadlines and maintaining accurate records.
