Quantinuum in the United States (Broomfield, CO) or remote is seeking an SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting Manager. You will own the external financial reporting process and complex technical accounting matters, partnering with finance leadership and cross‑functional teams.
The role requires a minimum bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in public accounting and high‑tech industry experience, with strong GAAP knowledge, SOX controls, and proficiency in Excel and Workiva. CPA preferred.
