Part‑time HR/Accounts staff is required to support our client at Buroh Street. The role involves visiting the client office one day per week for 4–8 hours and working remotely for the rest of the week.
Location and Hours- Client office:
Buroh Street, Singapore – a decent, clean, bright office within an industrial building. - Office visit: 1 day per week, 4–8 hours per day. No overtime required.
- Remote work:
Work on HR/Accounts tasks on all other days of the week.
- Support non‑HR and non‑Accounts matters such as administrative work and participate in discussions.
- Scan, compile and file accounting documents; provide remote teams with necessary documents.
- Promptly address client queries related to HR and accounting.
- Handle outstanding HR/Accounts‑related matters that cannot be resolved by the backend team.
- Must be based in Singapore and able to communicate effectively in English.
- Experience in accounting‑related tasks including scanning, compiling and filing documents.
- Comfortable with part‑time flexibility and remote collaboration.
