Controller
Salary: $130,000-$160,000

- Lead and manage the day‑to‑day accounting operations, including month‑end close, financial statement preparation, and audit coordination.
- Monitor inventory control, cash management, and foreign currency transactions.
- Develop and standardize procedures, implement KPIs and controls, and improve process efficiencies.
- Collaborate with the budget and forecasting process and serve as a strategic resource for business planning and decision‑making.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Cost accounting experience preferred.
