Location: Portland, OR (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to $70,000, depending on experience

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, prepaid expenses, and depreciation schedules
• Support monthly and year-end close activities and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Manage AP, AR, invoicing, cash reconciliations, banking activity, and collections
• Assist with financial reporting and draft financial statements
• Support audits, compliance requirements, internal controls, and 1099 reporting
• Analyze grant activity, restricted funds, revenue accruals, and other financial reporting projects
• Nonprofit accounting experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Experience with month-end close processes
• Strong background in journal entries and account reconciliations
