Accounting/Tax Staff – Entry Level (Japanese Bilingual Required)

Location:

Gardena, CA (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office)

Employment Type:

Full-time, Non-Exempt

Compensation: $55,000 – $70,000 (depending on experience)

• Support accounting and/or tax-related services for clients
• Assist with data entry, bookkeeping, and general ledger tasks
• Support preparation of financial statements and reports
• Assist with tax preparation and related documentation
• Communicate with team members and support daily operations
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data accuracy

• No prior experience required
• Accounting major or relevant academic background preferred
• Strong interest in accounting and/or tax field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Japanese-English bilingual required
