Work at home all of the time

• Solid payroll processing experience, preferably with large or similar ERP systems like Workday
• Basic understanding of payroll taxes; tax expertise is a plus but not required
• Attention to detail and a strong desire to learn about multi-state payroll tax compliance
• Associate's degree or higher; relevant work experience can offset educational requirements
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Experience with Workday or comparable payroll systems
• Previous roles as Payroll Specialist, Payroll Analyst, Payroll Administrator, Bookkeeper, Staff Accountant, Controller, or Accounting Manager with payroll duties
• Limited payroll experience combined with a background in finance or tax looking to transition into payroll tax functions

• Associate's degree or higher preferred; candidates with relevant payroll or accounting experience are highly valued
• Prior experience processing payroll for multi-state employment is advantageous but not mandatory
