Responsibilities include auditing tax returns, reconciling accounts, reviewing amended returns, approving refunds, reviewing tax credits, attending tax appeal hearings, and reviewing correspondence from taxpayers.
The position requires travel about ten months per year, often overnight; travel/mileage are reimbursed.
