Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounting systems, and will be comfortable working in an Eastern Time (ET) schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing
- Handle invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to address financial queries
- Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles
- Strong proficiency in Quick Books (required)
- Experience with ERP accounting systems is a plus
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Full-time, remote position
- Work schedule aligned with Eastern Time (ET)
