The Rand Group, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support accounting and finance operations in a fast-paced professional services environment. You will assist with daily ledger activity, month-end close, AP/AR, reconciliations, and internal controls while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s in accounting or finance, solid GAAP knowledge, experience with ERP systems, and strong Excel skills.
