Gong is seeking a Collections Specialist to drive timely collections, reduce DSO, and protect cash flow while maintaining strong customer relationships. You will partner with customers and internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues, support onboarding, and help scale our Order-to-Cash processes.
This role requires 3+ years in AR/Collections, experience with ERP systems (Net Suite, Oracle, SAP) and Salesforce, plus strong communication and analytical skills.
