Hire Now Staffing is actively recruiting a Legal Financial Operations & Trust Accounting Specialist to join one of our client partners. This full-time role oversees day-to-day accounting, legal billing, trust accounting, financial reporting, and strategic financial support while partnering with firm leadership.
The ideal candidate has at least five years in an insurance defense law firm, strong GAAP knowledge, Quick Books and Clio Manage proficiency, and excellent leadership and analytical skills.
