Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Accountant to join our Payroll team. In this key role, you will serve as the organization's subject matter expert for payroll accounting and the Infor GHR payroll system, ensuring accurate payroll processing, financial reporting, account reconciliations, provider compensation accounting, benefit accounting, and strong internal financial controls.

Working closely with Accounting, Human Resources, Finance leadership, and operational teams, you will play an essential role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting month-end close activities, preparing for audits, analyzing financial data, and driving continuous process improvements.
