Instructure is seeking an Equity Administrator to own daily equity operations, manage grants from start to finish, and serve as the primary resource for equity questions across the company. You will also support stock-based compensation accounting and work closely with accounting leadership to ensure accurate reporting.
The role requires 3–5 years of equity experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, with expertise in equity systems (Share works preferred).
