Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Billing & Collections Specialist to help manage rising invoice volumes and ensure accurate processing within Zone. You will partner with Fund Admin/CX and Deal Desk to optimize billing workflows in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
In this hands-on role reporting to the Billing & Collections Manager, you will apply strong contract analysis, cash applications, and AI-enabled tools to drive precise invoicing and timely payments across diverse client portfolios.
