CPA Senior Staff Accountant

Seeking a highly skilled CPA Senior Staff Accountant, the full-time remote position will manage complex financial tasks, contribute to key accounting projects, and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

• Evaluate new accounting standards and conduct research on business transactions for appropriate accounting treatment
• Participate in monthly financial statement closings by recording journal entries and analyzing trends and variances
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accounting expertise and assist with internal and external reporting duties

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent work experience
• CPA certification is required
• 6 years of progressive accounting experience or 4 years in public accounting
• Experience in designing and implementing internal controls;
  Sarbanes-Oxley experience preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
