Budget Ease is seeking a Small Business Bookkeeping Team Leader for Client Accounting Services (CAS) in Cleveland, OH. This role leads a 2–4 member team, mentors staff, ensures quality delivery, and trains clients on Quick Books and bookkeeping processes.
You’ll work mostly from home with occasional in-person training at the Cleveland office; compensation includes hourly pay, a Simple IRA after six months, a cell phone allowance, PTO, and health insurance stipend.
