The Colorado Department of Revenue is hiring a Tax Examiner I for the Taxpayer Service Call Center in Denver. You will help educate taxpayers, analyze complex tax issues, and guide callers through filing and payment processes.
Training lasts about three weeks, after which you may work from home with occasional travel to Denver. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and two years of customer service experience (six months in accounting or tax administration).
