QXO is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to provide administrative and collection support for the AR Manager and a portfolio of accounts. The role partners with sales and administrative teams to meet cash flow targets, contacting customers for payments and negotiating arrangements within authority.
You will process payments (check, ACH, credit card) and assist customers with EIPP and online payments, while preparing statements and invoices.
