The North Carolina Department of Revenue is seeking a Revenue Tax Auditor I (NS) in the Motor Fuels Section of the Examination Division. This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid remote work schedule and State Benefits, including health insurance and retirement.
Locations include Hickory, Asheville, or Greensboro. The Tax Auditor I will examine motor fuels tax returns and records to ensure compliance with state revenue laws, conduct audits for IFTA and IRP purposes, and prepare audit
