Splash Carwash in Little Rock, Arkansas is seeking a motivated Accounting Specialist to support our accounting department with daily operations on a part-time, hybrid basis. This is a great opportunity for a current accounting student to gain hands‑on experience with real-world accounting processes in a growing business.
Job Responsibilities- Coding bank feed deposit transactions in Quick Books Online
- Processes invoices for approval and payment
- Assists with month-close, quarter-close, and annual close processes which includes bank reconciliations, journal entries, etc.
- Helps assist fleet manager with accounts receivable
- Deposits checks and self serve funds to bank
- Assists with other journal entries as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Free car washes and oil changes, and exclusive company gear

- Must have or be currently obtaining a degree in accounting
- Proficiency in Quick Books, Microsoft Excel, and Word
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while being well organized and attentive to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
