What You’ll Be Doing:

The Staff Accountant is responsible for supporting the financial operations of the Plamondon Hospitality Partners division by maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Efforts include hotel financial statement preparation, various ongoing, annual, and planning processes, investor reporting, and contributing to process improvement.

Where You’ll Work:

This position will be on-site at our corporate office in Frederick, MD. Local travel may be required to support the Home Office and related functions.

Employee Discount Programs Salary Range: $65,000-$70,000 (paid biweekly)

What You’ll Bring :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance2-4 years of accounting experience preferred

Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations and provide effective solutions
