Lab Ltd. is seeking a Payroll Specialist for a part-time role (3 days per week) with flexible hours to align with payroll cycles. You will lead end-to-end monthly payroll across multiple entities and EoRs, preparing inputs, validating outputs, and ensuring audit readiness.
You will collaborate with Finance and People teams, handle employee payroll queries, and drive continuous improvements in payroll processes across jurisdictions with external providers and EoR platforms as needed.
