Accounting We're Hiring:Controller/Bookkeeper
We're looking for a detail-oriented Controller/Bookkeeper to join our growing team in Alden.
In this role, you'll manage day-to-day accounting operations across our family of companies, including:
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Payroll & bank reconciliations
- Financial reporting & general ledger management
- Quick Books Online
- Owner statements, invoicing & escrow balancing
- Other related tasks
Experience as a Controller/Bookkeeper or similar role
Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
Proficiency in Quick Books Online
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- ~ Hybrid position in Alden, MI (with the opportunity for partial remote work after training)
- ~ 25-40 Hours per week
- ~ Paid Sick Time
- ~ Location Flexibility, with consistent office hours required
