Ampersand Brands is seeking a seasoned cost and inventory accounting leader to own the monthly consolidated close for Hammond’s Candies and Lolli & Pops. You will build driver-based cost allocations, set standard costs, and drive accurate margin reporting across brands and channels.
In this lean finance function, you will partner with production and wholesale teams to analyze variances, value inventory, and ensure US GAAP compliance while advancing the cost architecture to scale with our growth.
