Coinbase is seeking an M&A and Accounting Policy Manager to serve as the primary accounting resource across the full lifecycle of M&A and investments. You will drive ASC 805 and ASC 321/323/810 treatments, draft memos, and influence policy with external auditors, Legal, Tax, and Controllership.
You will also own purchase accounting for acquisitions, contribute to disclosures for 10-Q/10-K, and partner with multiple stakeholders to support new product launches and post-close integration.
