Navigator Recruiting client has been a well-established CPA firm in Boulder for 35 years and has been nominated as one of the best CPA firms to work for or do business with in Boulder on a regular basis and has a healthy stream of word-of-mouth/referred clients on a continual basis. This firm has a peaceful office and supportive culture - dedicated to the well-being of the team.

The firm provides tax planning and preparation, bookkeeping and payroll, and advisory services to small business and individuals and is seeking a full-time Tax Manager to be responsible for complex tax planning, preparation and review (preparation and review work may be split 50/50). Specifically, the firm is seeking someone with a great personality who excels at client service and can independently manage a substantial client list with various business and individual returns.

The firm has low turnover and a strong group of core employees who’ve been with the firm for a long time and people work well together as a team. The firm would like for the chosen individual to work in-office at least 3 days/week (and from home up to 2 days/week) during the non-busy season and in the office at least 4 days/week (and home up to 1 day/week) duing busy season.

The firm is open to hiring someone with a specific specialization.
