Navigator Recruiting client is a fast-growing company, having grown by 37% over the last three years and plans to continue growing. The firm is seeking to hire a Senior Accountant, to join the Accounting & Finance team in DTC and help the growing finance operations. The Staff Accountant will report to the Controller and work on an Accounting & Finance team of 5 people - all in the DTC office.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Denver Tech Center (DTC) office. Hours are typically Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with some overtime possible at busier times.
Responsibilities:- Workhand-in-hand with the Controller and help support the Accounting & Finance team
- Review/manage the day-to-day accounting activities for the firm, including account reconciliations, vendor and contract management, intercompany entries and reconciliations, and perform journal entries as needed.
- Assist in performing financial planning and analysis, variance analysis and financial reporting on a monthly basis.
- Act as a backup for other accounting processes, including accounts receivable (A/R), accounts payable (A/P), bank and credit card reconciliations, and payroll..
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required;
Advanced degree and/or CPA is preferred but not required. - 3+ years of accounting experience required.
- Understanding of GAAP.
- Highly analytical, organized, and collaborative, with strong communication skills.
- Experience using Quick Books, Net Suite,Microsoft Office, Salesforce, & ADP ishelpful but not required.
- The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized and motivated.
