Accounting Supervisor

• Oversee the month, quarter, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Guide and develop accounting staff through mentorship, training, and feedback
• Partner closely with leadership to drive financial integrity and operational efficiency
• Manage general ledger activities, including reconciliations and journal entry approvals
• Establish internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance and asset protection
• Advise billing system implementation efforts alongside relevant operational teams

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Hands-on close expertise
• At least one year of leadership experience

• Salary Range: $100,000–$110,000
