Corporate Accounting Manager

Responsibilities include

  Preparation of Financial Statement
• sPerform Month-End clos
• eOversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxe
• sHelp with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audi
• tAssess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvement
• sPrepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completenes
• sPerform ad hoc analysis and projects as requeste
• dSupervise and/or manage general ledger accounting function
• sDevelop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationship
• sWork with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-en

Qualificatio

• ns Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or MBA preferre
• d.5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory ro
• le Thorough knowledge of U.S. GA
• APExcellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organizati
• on Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving resul
• ts Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniqu
• es Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with other financial system
