Summary:

Owens & Minor is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
** Accounts Payable Associate
** to join our Finance team. In this role, you will support a wide range of Accounts Payable and accounting functions while partnering with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and ensure timely and accurate financial operations.

* Analyze supplier data using multiple software applications to identify and resolve statement and unvouchered receipt issues.
* Partner with suppliers, Supply Chain Management, and Distribution Centers to monitor, document, resolve, and escalate account discrepancies.
* Lead conference calls and collaborate with supplier partners to resolve issues and drive continuous process improvements.
* Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely and fiscally responsible manner to support Accounts Payable performance goals.
* Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports to reconcile accounts and communicate potential financial exposure to leadership.
* Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.## ## Requirements:
* Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but not required.
* Two or more years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience, including issue resolution, preferred.
