Associate to join our growing team and lead high-impact audit assignments across diverse sectors. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable audit experience in the UK and/or Irish market, with practical exposure to relevant regulations, reporting standards, and professional practice requirements
This role offers hands-on responsibility, exposure to senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to work with a supportive team while delivering real value to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end audit engagements across multiple industries, ensuring high-quality delivery within timelines.
- Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports with clear, practical recommendations.
- Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
- Manage multiple concurrent assignments, balancing quality, deadlines, and budget.
- Brief Managers and Partners on progress, risks, and key issues.
- Execute audits in line with FRS

, and regulatory standards. - Supervise, mentor, and support junior team members.
- Highcalibre Statutory Auditprofessional with excellent communication in English (written & spoken).
- Strong Audit experience is essential, with ability to work independently and complete audits under guidance.
- Role involves ~65% Auditwork + managing a portfolio of nonauditclients (Management Accounts, review of bookkeeping, etc.).
- Looking for a flexible, qualified candidate who can operate with initiative and deliver consistently high quality work.
- Strong working knowledge of Irish/UK GAAP, FRS
102, FRS 105 with the ability to apply this in developingauditstrategies and delivering exceptional results.
- ACA qualified with 3+ years experience in a professional services environment.

105. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Case Ware,
Inflo
