We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Jackson, MI, a vibrant city known for its welcoming community and rich history. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale construction projects, ensuring cost control and project efficiency.

The primary responsibility is to track and control costs associated with various projects. You will manage invoice reviews, contractor tracking, and project change control documentation. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Understanding of construction projects, contracting, and accounting principles
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to interpret project schedules and forecast costs
• Higher education degree in construction/project management, engineering, business, accounting, or finance
• Verifiable experience in project cost control and monitoring

• Experience with SAP
• Certifications from PMI or AACE
• Experience with the planning and execution of project controls on large-scale construction projects
