Project Accountant

About The Role

We're seeking a Project Accountant to support complex, multi-phase development projects. In this role, you will partner closely with project managers, development leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and clarity throughout each project's lifecycle.

$65,000-$75,000

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking
• Prepare financial reports and conduct variance analysis
• Process invoices, monitor contract compliance, and support draw requests
• Assist with audits, funding submissions, and regulatory documentation

• Experience with project accounting (real estate, construction, or development a plus)
