- Maintaining the company's accounting records in Quick Books Online
- Performing reconciliations and supporting the monthly close process
- Preparing accurate Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and other financial reports
- Collaborating with leadership to support sound business decisions
- Reviewing account activity and investigating discrepancies
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong Quick Books Online (QBO) expertise
- Experience with general ledger accounting
- Strong reconciliation experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
Demonstrates expertise in Quick Books Online and general ledger accounting, with a strong focus on financial reporting, reconciliation, and analytical problem-solving. Proven ability to maintain accurate accounting records and support business decisions through detailed financial analysis.
