Accounting Clerk

Our clientis seeking a dedicated Accounting Clerk to join their team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be part of the Administration Department supporting the finance and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Accounting Clerk

Location: Torrance, CA

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including processing invoices and expense reports
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies to ensure accuracy
• Create and update expense reports and process reimbursement forms
• Prepare customer statements and follow up on overdue payments
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases and maintain digital and physical financial records

• Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
• Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong organization skills and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
