Transwestern is seeking a Client Accountant to perform daily property accounting duties for assigned properties, including financial reports, accruals, reconciliations, and SOC1 controls. You will use MRI and Yardi to support reporting deadlines and deliver the Transwestern Experience to tenants and owners.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and 2–3 years of property management accounting experience, with strong GAAP knowledge and attention to detail.
