Looking for a friendly and detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our team in the internet industry! You will play a crucial role in ensuring our financial records are accurately maintained and up-to-date. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, including cash receipts, invoices, and payments; processing and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable; reconciling bank statements on a monthly basis; creating monthly financial reports and assisting with budgeting and forecasting; managing and tracking inventory and assisting with purchasing decisions; coordinating with our accountant to ensure all financial documentation is accurate and up-to-date; and assisting with other financial or administrative tasks as necessary.

Requirements include excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, experience with Quick Books or similar accounting software, a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience), demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the self-starter ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Local to San Antonio, partial remote job/partial office.
