Senior Accountant

• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial results for management and outside parties.
• The Senior Accountant will analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Build, maintain, and update financial reports within Prophix.
• Assist with annual budgets, including salary and operating expenses and allocations across multiple entities.
• The Senior Accountant will assist with audited financial statements, footnotes, and supporting schedules.
• Prepare monthly sales and use tax filings.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiencies.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments on reporting and process improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting experience

Salary: $90-100k
