Run 50–80 clients' accounting like it's your own practice. Monthly closes that stick. Bookkeepers who develop under your leadership. Year-end packages complete and shipped early.

What You'll Do

• Own monthly closes across your client section—accurate, on time, responsive
• Lead and develop bookkeepers through weekly check-ins and real coaching
• Ship complete year-end packages to the tax team (no chasing you)
• Build client relationships through monthly conversations and same-day responses
• Improve processes and leverage tools—QBO, Xero, Karbon, AI tools, whatever works

Calm, accountable, excellent communicator. You care about quality as much as speed.

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years in multi-client accounting (outsourced/firms)
• Strong technical fundamentals (GL, reconciliations, reporting)
• Supervising experience or hunger to develop it
• CPA valued but not required
